The CHA Foundation was founded on one simple belief: every older adult deserves to age with dignity, purpose, and compassion. We understand that aging affects entire families, not just seniors, and as healthcare costs rise and caregiving responsibilities grow, many families struggle emotionally, physically, and financially. The Foundation exists so no senior is left behind simply because resources are limited.
Where We Started
Named for Cha, Built by Volunteers
The CHA Foundation exists to fund The CHA Center's launch, a planned, licensed adult day center offering social, medical, and Alzheimer's care to families who need somewhere safe and warm for the people they love, and to carry Cha's spirit further by supporting caregivers, funding community health education, and making sure older adults in our community are never overlooked. Through philanthropy and community partnerships, we're working to create opportunities for seniors to thrive, not just survive. Every dollar and hour so far has been volunteered, and CHA Community Health Advancement, LLC is formed and active while our 501(c)(3) filing moves through the Florida Division of Corporations.
