No 990 Yet: Here's Why, and What's Next
IRS Form 990s are filed by organizations with recognized 501(c)(3) status. Ours is currently in formation with the Florida Division of Corporations, so there isn't a 990 to share yet. CHA Community Health Advancement, LLC is formed and active, and every dollar raised so far has been volunteered rather than spent through a formal budget.
Our commitment: once our 501(c)(3) exemption is granted and we begin operating a formal
budget, we will publish our IRS Form 990s and annual reports on this page as soon as they're available,
every year, without exception.
